How do I find my press on size?

We want your press on nails to fit perfectly so please make sure to size your nails before placing your order. You can refer to our size guide or purchase a $6 size kit to determine your nail size. 

What comes with my order?

All nail orders come with a cuticle pusher, buffer, 2 alcohol prep pads, nail glue and instructions. 

How long do the nails last?

Kala Chérie press on nails are handmade reusable art on your fingers. With proper care our nails can last up to 4 weeks.

Do you make custom sets?

We will be offering custom sets very soon! 

Can I make last minute changes?

Last minute changes to an order need to be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please email info@kalacherie.com. 

What if I order the wrong size?

Please note that Kala Chérie is not responsible for wrong sizing. If your set doesn't fit you can re-order it in the correct size or order a replacement nail. Our $6 nail sizing kits offers the most accurate sizing.

How long will it take to process my order?

All sets are handmade with love and created in the order received.

Ready to ship sets are processed within 1 business day.

Made to order sets are created and processed within 3-5 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is processed. Once shipped, it can take 2-5 business days for domestic orders to arrive. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the carrier. 

Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
